The Minster roof restoration comes to the end of phase 1 after 10 weeks in which the scaffolding and temporary roof have been erected. The stone and wood will now be restored or replaced whilst the lead is re-cast. The project funded by the Minster Old Fund and the National Lottery Heritage Fund is due to complete in November 2020.
