Martin Hall

Martin Hall was born in the East Riding and educated at Hymers College. He joined the British Army in 1975 and was commissioned into the Royal Engineers in 1976. He left in the rank of Captain in 1987, his last post being in Oman. Prior to this he saw service in a variety of roles in Kenya, Germany, Northern Ireland, The Falkland Islands and Brunei.

He studied Civil Engineering at The Royal Military College of Science and is now Chairman of BATTY Joinery Manufacturing, based in Hull and is a Trustee of various charities and has been involved in many fundraising activities.

In his spare time Martin enjoys long distance running /walking/hobbling ,skiing , motorbike touring and field sports.
